The Vienna filers did have a pretty active thread on the "old" site. Hopefully some of them will show up soon and give you some information.

Hi,

Vienna has confirmed receipt of our I-601 waiver June 1st 2007- at that time they said they were working on waivers from December.

I just emailed the embassy today to see where they are at, as soon as I get an answer I will let you know.

i havent filed yet but i will in a few months, my i130 was approved but im still at the nvc level i hope the i129f gets approved soon though, so my husband can have an interview sooner,

so it looks like vienna is taking about 6 months

Just thought I would let you know that I heard back from Vienna today, they are still maintaining the six month time frame and they are currently working on January waivers.
