May 2, 2007 First appointment in Ciudad Juarez
May 24, 2007 Submitted Waiver, Approved under the new Pilot Program
It took us a total of 2 years and 1 month. I know we were very lucky. My husband has a friend who submitted his waiver at the end of January 2007 and is still waiting in Mexico.
