:shy:i havent started the process yet...need to do I 129-f, I601, and I212....but the whole I601 thing freaks me out...im not even sure if i have "extreme" harships...I am 26 years old live with my mother..never married..no kids lived in the same house for 22 years, grandparents live a block away..work in a restaurant, some college but didnt finish..yet...I plan to go back to school for radiation therapy or radiography(xray)...there is history of diabetes and cancer in my family(moms dad diabetes)(dads mom diabetes)(moms sister died cancer)
...my mom depends on me emotionally i have never left her...as for her depending on me financially i cant prove that im a waitress and make cash..

while my fiance was here(now in guatemala) we didnt live together or have same bank accounts but there is no doubt thats who i wannamarry(username) ...any ideas how i could fluff all this up into an extreme hardship.....my whole life is on "hold" cant move foward without finishing this crap!! that in itself is an extreme harship i think!!!

Hi Wannamarry412:

I didn't think I had any extreme hardship either but after talking to some members and reading the hardship letters approved I found some stuffs that my hubby can write on his HSL.

Does your fiance have any criminal record? deportations? have claimed to be a US Citizen for immigration purpouses?

Apparently all these counts againts you.

Ask as many questions as you can and more experienced members will respond to you just like they did to me.

Good luck to you and hang in there!

actually yes...when he came here in 2002 he was caught and detained/jailed in las vegas nevada...he got some lawyer there (cost like 5000) and was released was supposed to attend a removal hearing that same year in 2002(here in baltimore) but did not go...(the lawyer said if you go they will deport you) he was here despite all that up until april 2007 when he left U.S. he is now in guate...i am trying to consult with heather poole but iam waiting response...p.s. i am not sure the exact details of his whole case its kind of confusing but thats what i know...

I know that Immigration mostly cares about Education and your health condition and the conditions in the country where you would be living if your waiver gets denied. so focus on the conditions in the foreign country and your education in the United States. You can write additional hardship such as economic and seperation from your souse. Best of luck to you
