im new in this forum so i still dont know if im in the correct
page anyone know what is the procesing time for a
waiver in guatemala city
and has anyone here know about lawyer laurell scot
any experiences

First, if you are not familiar with the process read this...
it has a lot of CDJ info later on but could be very similar to the Guatemale scenario

I have no personal experiences with her... but I have heard great things about her from other I2US members that have used her services...

If I were you I would start a thread about that and see what kind of response you get. She is an expert on the I160 waivers. She recently posted a thread on that not too long ago...

Welcome Lilly - frankly, Laurel is one of the only lawyers many of us would recommend for a waiver. If you want to do a consult, it's only $125 by phone, so that would give you a chance to talk to her before you hire her. You can find information on her consultations on her website, visacentral.net.
