Hello Everyone, I am also new to this site, but very familiar with it. Just took me some time. I also belong to the Juarez Forum as well.

finally got my 2nd Interview after being denied my I 601 Nov. 06, AAO has our file now. I am just waiting for a packet with my new appt. and what I need.

Met Husband In Mich Jan 2003
Married July 2003
Started the Process 4/2004
filed I 130 4/04
12/10/04 approved
Moved to Texas 8/05
Received 1st appt. packet. 12/05
1st Appt. Jan 6, 206 Juarez, Mx (we were there 10 LONG.....Days)
Denied, totally unprepared for I 601
Back to Tx. left Hubby in Mx. Jan 06
Sent in I 601 with very little documents and HSL 1 page long (how sad) right
Received Heart breaking news Nov. 2, 2006 DENIED
filed appeal. (never should have done it) Nov. 28, 2006
AAO office got out file Aug 3, 2007.
(mean while our file was in Mx. City all this time
Sept 25, 2007 received email after countless of requests for a 2nd chance,that we are getting a 2nd chance (yee Haw)
we just wait 4-6 months for a packet and of course MONEY!!!
