I am married to a USC and am going for my aos interviews next month. i just got off the phone with my sister back in my home country and she tolld me my younger sister is quite sick and possibly HIV. She is stubborn nd doesnt want to get tested so she could know her status. Sh has a 7 year old daughter that she had in high school. I am crying as i type this. I really want to talk to her about it and if she still insists she doesnt wanna get tested so if it is hiv she may end up dying no question about it. I want to adopt the child since my mother is old and wont be able to take care of her. What is the procedure of bringing and adpting a child that is outside the US.
