Cut up crab meat and onions.
Mix Crab meat, onions, and cream cheese together.
Take a spoon and scoop a little amount of mixture into the middle of one wonton wrapper.
Seal it close by using the instructions on the wonton wrapper package or my directions below.
Repeat this until all wrappers are full.
Heat up cooking oil in a deep fryer or frying pan.
Place the wontons in the heated oil until brown.
Serve with Soy sauce or Sweet and Sour Sauce.
WONTON CLOSURE -
Use water to wet two edges of the wonton. Close into a triangle form along the wet edges with the dry edges. You can keep it like this or you can then wet the two far corners (not the top point) and pull them together.
