So evertime I try to load one it says the file is to big. I even went to photobucket and the smallest they make it is like 100 x 50, but the site requires something like 18 x 18.....how do I do it?

Do you have a program like adobe photo elements? or some kind of graphic editor? You should be able to shrink it down in one of those...

Not on this laptop. I will have to do it at work.

In one of those you should be able to adjust the size -- I think 80 X 80 pixels is the maximum, and then it should work.
