hello I am wondering something and I would appreciate if anyone could give some information, I was caught passing drugs to usa and I was in a facility for over 3 years and then when realesed they didnīt told me anything they just took my visa away by the way my felony was as a teenage thanks

What's your question?
That will 100% be considered a CIMT so even if you might otherwise be eligible to get a visa, that would stand in your way. Although immigration violations before the age of 18 don't count against you, crimes do. And crimes involving drugs- and worse, smuggling drugs- I'm not sure you have much of a chance to immigrate legally at this point. Sorry.
But on what grounds are you seeking a visa?

Yes... that is true. You may need to look under the "Laws" tab in the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website
www.uscis.gov and look under "Sec. 40. 21 Crimes involving moral turpitude and controlled substance violators." Hopefully that will explain it for you.
