Sooo lost

I dont know what else to do. Our K3 was submitted last Aug and then transferred to CA visa center in Oct. It has been pending ever since. I have put in 3 service requests with USCIS to find out what is holding it up. I have heard nothing. I contacted my congressman but was informed that they wait 6 weeks from when I contact them before they do anything. Where is our case??? I feel as if I've hit a brick wall. Emailing and calling everyone and everywhere I can. I was thinking of scheduling an infopass appt so that I'm at least speaking to someone in the CA center rather than when you call the hotline number you get someone that can only read the screen in front of them. Any thoughts? My lawyer said it wouldnt do much for me. What the heck else am I supposed to do???

I would try another elected representative - how about one of your two senators (if not both)?

I've never heard of a '6 week' waiting period before they can do an inquiry.
