What was your decision? What do you mean they 'remanded it to uscis'? AAO is USCIS. Did you receive the decision letter?

Just a guess but if something has been remanded by the AAO to USCIS, it would mean that it is now in their jurisdiction for processing. Don't want to get your hopes up, but I would assume that means your appeal was approved, and is now being forward it to USCIS for further processing. A denied application wouldn't be remanded to USCIS...I think...anyway I'm sure someone will be along shortly to correct me if I'm wrong.

the decision letter from AAO states, ......DECISION: CASE REMANDED TO THE DISTRICT DIRECTOR OF WASHINGTON DISTRICT {USCIS] FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION.uscis denied it and i appeal at aao/bia and they send me the above letter 2 months ago.

Yours was an in-country 601 filing? It appears the appeal was neither approved nor denied but sent back to the District Director for them to review it again. I remember a member before that this happened to, but now that the old messages are gone, don't have the history to know what happened.

Overall, I would say it is good news because at least the AAO didn't agree with the denial. I would probably have your Congressperson contact the District Director in Washington District to find out the status.
