I made a post in the K visa forum and was hoping I could get some help. I filed I-130 in anticipation of CIR, but now that its gone for now, I need to focus on the rest of the process. Could someone please help me out and give me some advice over there? I was hoping to get an answer before the rate increases. I want to make sure that I have a clear outline of this process, and although I know each situation is different, I'd like to know which hardships I may focus on when the time comes to write my letter. I'd also love to have an email "buddy" who either has or is doing 601 through Peru (particularly Brazil) if anyone is interested. I figure we can kind of support each other and talk about things (besides immigration)..
