How about EOE (Equal Opportunity Employment)? I've been under the belief that employers are NOT suppose to discriminate against race? I would love to see any other race besides Hispanic attend and get interviewed for a position. It's not about this race versus that race, it's about fairness in the law.

Wow look how stupid and ignorant those people sound. I read more on the site. Now they are talking about why is it only for hispanics. People are so single minded. They had an African American job fair here once. It's not about race it's about the association that put it together to help demonstrate what their association is about.

Funny how most of them miss the point of the job fair. It is to promote hispanic owned businesses, in the same sense that there are job fairs to promote minority owned business, woman owned business. There is a serious lack of education in this country.
