Hello everybody!!!!
I read my last post regarding my waivers approval thru my appeal and I have to say that there is a mistake.
Yes, I sent in total 3 appeals. Originally my waivers were denied, I sent a MTR to LIma, but did not accept it , it was sent directly to the AAO as an appeal. Well, that appeal was denied. We sent an MTR ( for the appeal) to the AAO and that MTR was denied too.
We finally sent another MTR ( for the appeal again) to the AAO. WE were waiting for the result of this one, AND AT THE SAME TIME we file a COMPLAIN AGAINST USCIS and eveybody under it. Meaning the AAO and specially the Lima embassy for denial my waivers having fulfill the requirements for the approval. I had my baby who suffer seizures and needed a MRI of the head at the time of this procedure.
It is after I sent my complaint that my lawyer got contact with their lawyers and that's when my APPEAL GOT APPROVED.
I think I needed to clarify my case, because I do not want give hope to people that are sending appeal and thinking they are going to be approve right in there.
I hope I did clarify my case and hope it will help others.
