Have I-130 approval - still waiting

We have had the I-130 approval since March 2003 and have received no additional forms to fill out. We were recently told to fill out form I-824. Has anyone had to go this route and then get the I-864 in the mail? Any suggestions on where to go or why nothing has been received?

Once you get the 824... you pay the fee, then other forms will start to arrive such as the 230 and the last on is 864.

Once you send and NVC completes your 864 your file will be fowarded to Juarez (if you're pettitioner is Mexican) and wait for an interview.....
Looking about 6-8months to get an interview after the 864...

if your approval was in 2003 you should have reveived your I 864 soon after approval. Your visa bill and choice of agent form should have been sent to you as well. Did you guys process your i-130 forms through an attorney?
i would contact uscis to find out what is going on.

I got 864 first, never heard of 824? and still haven't got request for DS 230?
