Hi, I am visiting from the Juarez Forum!
Ok question for a friend. She is a Mexican citizen and 5yrs ago she had her visa taken away and was told she could apply again in a year. It was taken away b/c she had worked while she was here w/out permission of course.
Will she be able to get a tourist Visa again? Does she have to go through any extra steps. She did not overstay. Now I am still waiting to see if she ever claimed to be a US Citizen. (which I know is the kiss of death). I-9's I know aren't typically requested by CDJ, but since they already know that she worked illegally, then they probably have them. She has been in Mexico since and as far as I know has not crossed illegally ever. Hopefully (apart from the US citizen claim yet to be answered by her) I gave you enough info to answer my question.
