My wife is filling i130. and I doing my G-325a, it asks me for my employment. I did voluntarily departure and i'm in Lima. but I was working under a random ss. now my question is should I put my employers there? would they get in trouble? or me? . thank you

When we first started the process I was worried about that too. I didn't want my husband's company to get in trouble. But it has been fine.
Just be honest and put the name and address of every place that you worked. We wrote down all the information and during the interview they never asked my husband about fake ss or anything.

Do not worry, I wrote the company's name, address (I know scary) but its ok. Nothing has happened.

Hi there don't worry, my husband worked for my brother when we met 4 1/2years ago, he no longer works for him but in our application we wrote all his employees including my brother.... So you should be fine!!!

Unauthorized employment is forgiven with marriage to a US citizen so it shouldn't cause any problems.
