For the pm issues. I am not sure what the exact problem is but I do know that it IS date related.
Please empty your inbox AND sent box of ALL pms that have a date of September in it.
I think that until everyone does that, people won't be able to send pms. Some people can send them and others can't and that's the only thing I can think of.
