i'am sorry if this is too long, but i still dont get this waiver thing. i read that the qualifying relative is the usc husband or parent, but the only hardship that my husband can show is that he owes 33,000 student loans. so my question is where does my son jump in the hsl my son who is also a usc by birth has speech delay and recurrent otitis media (frequent ear infections) and uses albuterol for bronchiolitis, his doctor wrote a nice letter stating that he should stay in this country because he wont be able to get the medical and schooling that he gets here in the u.s.a ad my husband wont be able to take him to school because of the job and hours and he doesn't have family that lives nearby. so when i go for my consulate interview(hoping for an immigration reform by 2009:notsure:) in D.R i'am going to be taking our son because he wont be able to attend his needs because of his job (job is willing to write a letter) thanks for taking your time to read....
p.s is anybody going thru dominican republic that can tell me how the consulate is handling the visa interview and waiver.. pleaseeeeeeee:innocent:
