Got a question -- do you think it would have any weight whatsoever if you included a section on education pertaining to any future children, etc. What I am saying is that due to lack of education in country, opportunities are very scarce and low due to various economic reasons compared to education here in U.S.
In a lot of countries, illiteracy rate is very high and your children would become one of these statistics.

I think it would be ok..I would say that we are planning children in the future and if I had to live in Mexico my children would not have the same type of education as the could here..and include facts.

I have no idea if it carried any weight but I included it. They letter was approved but its impossible to say if it was the overall hardships or a few certain ones, only the adjucator knows that. I used that argument. if you want to see how I used it here is the link to my letter. it is under the section school system inadquate.

Oh wow. Thanks so much for the information. I am going to include it because it is a major factor in making a decision.

I think that is a great idea...I know that most of the schools in Mexico have a tuition as well (at least the better private schools) so therefore it would be difficult to pay for with the loss of employment.

I would say if you have not a lot of strong hardship points, you might include that. Just for the sec try to think about it- you do not have kids, not in the process on making them (unless you writing in the waiver that you guys are trying to start family now and due to the stress it is not working now), but already talking about their education…..
I think you would be better served saying that both of you want to have kids but going thought all immigration stress makes you to prolong it. Moreover if you have to wait 10 years, you will be 38 ( for example) and you hubby would be XX years. It is well known that fertility declines when woman 35 and older as well there are mo risks of the complications during the pregnancy ( add some articles on this matter to make your words stronger)- that should give you stronger hardship point and it would be directly related to you.
