I just have a question? What happen with the money for bail or bond .
Did we get the money back ?

I was arrested on 1998 and paid bail $1,500 . I already got my green card and I was just wonder. Thanks

Mario, do you mean the immigration bond? if so you can go to the ICE office and show them all the papers you got when you paid the bond and they would take care of it.Good luck!

I'm not sure if i asked you this before but how long did it take you to get the card? and did get it from an order from Judge or USCIS....i get confused with you and "questions" lol

How Do I Receive a Refund for An Immigration Bond:


- If the alien is granted permission to stay in the U.S. bring the Immigration Judge's Order to the local I.C.E. office to obtain a refund.
- An Immigration Bond will likely be cancelled if the alien does not appear for all of his court hearings, or if he fails to return to his country by the deadline set by the court, if the alien is not allowed to remain in the U.S.
