Submitting Waiver

I was wondering if anyone who has gone through Lagos, Nigeria can enlighten me on when i have to submit my Waiver. Will i be asked after the visa denial for the waiver or do i need to request a date to submit it.
I also saw that CDJ applicants were given waive appointments, is this just applicable for applicants going through CDJ or it is available at all consulates?

Once you have been told by the consular officer you need a 601 waiver at lagos embassy, you are then told to come back to turn in the waiver. There are specific days for turning in forms. Make sure you verify with the consular officer what day you can come in. You are not required to make an appointment. I hope I have answered your question. I pray everything works out for you
