This may be more of a question for the I-601-Mexico section. I am not sure how to do it, but I know there are people there that know.

I would think e-mail is out - CDJ doesn't ever respond to any of mine. Maybe a call or FAX is the best way. We will find out, as we are also trying to reschedule our I-130 interviews this coming Friday to maybe as far as a month off.
Yeah, I know - We stupidly read all of the documentation tonight, where it is said that kids between 2 and 14 (we have two at that age) need to have the medical screening more than four days before the Consulate interview. Also recommended is all vaccinations done four weeks before the medical screening for the same ages (and we did the shots today). Well, we will have some time to get more things in order with a reschedule.

Tonight we called the 900 number on the website contact form and she acted like rescheduling was a halfway common thing (and asked the reason why we wanted to reschedule, like a standard question for that request):
From the U.S., dial 1-900-476-1212
Calls are charged at the rate of $1.25 per minute.
