I am starting mine and would like to see what else is out there...

Also do they accept credit cards for the medical?

At the medical exam place i paid in total around 350 dollars. Just because my wife could not find vaccinations record..i am trying to remember what was the cost without the vaccines, maybe $180 dollars. The places I went for x rays and blood sample did have credit card machines, but not the doctor's office. I recommend calling them in advance. bY THE WAY, i've only seen the Visa and Mastecard logos in the merchants's counter.
