I know i will need to file a waiver for my husband, I will start collecting infomantion at soon I arrive Florida, now my question is what evidence I need, do I need doctor letter? have to be write less than 6 months? and general what i will need, I see my cardiologist every 6 moths, I had a pre-cancer also I see the doctor every 6 months to do my test and make sure everything is ok, please someone reply and let me know the steps thank you my waiver will go to Rome that is what I understand.

Calm down ;) Take a breath. Take a look at the sample letters. We don't have any real idea of your hardships based on this post, so we have no way to help.
It looks like you (from the bit you posted) will want letters specifically from your oncologist and cardiologist specifically stating your condition and why you need to be in their care. Any medical records or jargon they can provide to prove this will be very helpful.
You will also want to do a little research on the conditions yourself and research on the medical situation in the country your husband is from. Is there good treatment for your conditions there? You will need reliable sources to PROVE your point.
