just file i-130 and im scare, stress out..

hello everyone or anyone, its been a while, i just send my i130 last friday, and iam really scare. i am peruvian with order of deportation since 96 but never left country, got here ewi in 92. anyone in a similar situation just looking for some moral support. i am worried that they will come to get me. that is my worse nightmare i think. anyone with deportion order who file while still bieing here n didnt have any problems?

lisett, are you working with an attorney?? You REALLY need to make sure you've done a consultation with a GOOD one before you go to any interviews or make big decisions. Your EWI is pre-INA 1996, so there could be something they know that we don't.

the immigration laws changed in 1996. INA 96 would be immigration nationality act of 1996.
