When does the FBI print checka and background check take place?

I think at the interview.. I dont think weve done this step yet... but i could be wrong

Yes I'm a bit confused about this, doesnt it take a long time for a a FBI print/background check? I guess we have to wait 6-9 months anyway but I just dont know where this falls into the process.

im not sure good question hopefully someone else will come along and ask it..
Im still waiting to hear back from our lawyer on my what he thinks of my waiver... I really want to work on it this weekend. i left my cell at home today... i feel so naked without it hehe.. I think im going to call him tonight or tommorow and find out.. ahh im starting to get so nervous and we dont even have our apt yet.. but i really want to get everything completed in the next few weeks ...

Well you'll go through it before I do, hopefully you will let me know. You are going with your husband but coming back right? I'm dreading moving there and not having internet access like I have here - AHHH!
I have most of my I-130 packet together, just need to go take pics and waiting for my marriage license to come in the mail (hopefully tomorrow or Sat)- we got a temporary one but I want the 'real' one. After this I will have plenty of time to put my waiver packet together. I want to finish all I-130 items and get it out the door on Monday.
I know the feeling of no cell phone lol. Hopefully he will get back to you and give constructive criticism so it will be great for the appointment.

Im planning on going every 2-3 months... Hopefully i know this is big dreaming that hell only be there 6 months :) hehe..
I really have to get busy on gathering evidance on EL Salvador... I need to check out quotes on medical but i dont know where everyone is calling to get them...

ladies...on the fingerprints jamie is right that is done when you go to your interview..i asked that somewhere else and they told me that...
hey jamie i am doing the big dreaming too but alot of the cases ive heard about are taking 7 to 8 months...
i am getting fustrated because i have everything to send with my DS-230 but that police certificate from el salvador wotn come :angry:
hey question...you also got a police certificate of where you guys live now right?? did you just go to the police station nearby??

no we didnt get a local police cert and our case was approved at the nvc.. Hopefully we dont need one...

thats weird because on the website it says you need a police certificate of the county of place youve lived for more than 6 months...but who knows...

at least i dont think we got one... but maybe hubby went on his own and did it..
