3/2005 Meet Hubby
11/19/2006 Hubby(victim) was stabbed
5/11/2007 Had baby son Aaron
10/12/2007 Became a US Citizen(me)
12/7/2007 Got married
6/11/2008 Mailed the I-130 w/AOS.
6/13/2008 USCIS received
6/19/2008 Received NOA1
8/1/2008 Approval Notice Sent
8/4/2008 Checked Status online & saw it was Approved!
8/7/2008 Received Approval Notice NOA2
8/7/2008 NVC receives case
8/12/2008 NVC sends out the DS3032
8/18/2008 Received DS3032 and was sent out right away
8/21/2008 NVC receives DS3032
Still pending.....


Does anyone know if there is a law that can grandfather my husband to stay in the US because he was brought by his parents at age 15 in may 1998?
