Refiling in Africa

Why cant we write to the various consulates like Dakar, Nairobi and Johannesburg ( that take in the waivers)why we are not been permitted to withdraw appeals and refile waivers de novo. I do not understand why there should be a policy difference in Africa, after all this transaction is with US government and the policy should be uniform to some extent.

I totally agree with you. I would be in daily contact with all of my elected officials. Constituency services is one of the most important things they are supposed to be doing and you definitely need help with a government office.
