waiver 601 in country

im wondering how really long it will take to process this waiver?

i filed my waiver in new jersey . the immigration officer said wait within 180 for the decision until now nothing:rolleyes: where should i check the status of my pending case? no reciept no.

Quick question: Why did you have to get a 601. Was it criminal related. Im asking because i am in the same situation right now. Im in country

No one will tell you how long it takes. But, if it takes longer than 6 months you have to make an inqury.
Mine was denied and took 4 months to get the denial notice.

if you have no receipt number call immigration and ask to speak to an officer, that is what i did.....after waiting 20 months he told me that it was "under review" 7 days later i got the letter

its not criminal related. i enter in the USA using different name .did you filed your already?

i did call twice already. they said i have to call the uscis local office because my waiver is their . but i dont have new jersey uscis no. to make info pass appointment .
