once your potatoes are mashed combine with the tuna (salt optional)

place a small amount into your palm and roll into retagular balls

coat the balled mash potatoes and tuna in the eggs and then into the flour

once they are completely covered place into the pan with oil - fry them until they are golden borwn -once this done remove and place on a plate with a papertowel underneith ( to remove the excess oil) and your done

We use to do something like this in UK, but instead of Tuna, add left over Cabbage and onions to mash, we called it bubble and sqeak,
