i just recived a letter from Athens Regarding my waiver case
letter from US Department of home land security
U.S Embassy ATHENS
it says ;

Reference is made to the application for waiver of ground of excludability, form i-601 , which you field on 4/1/2008.
Pursuant to the authority contained in the immigration and nationality act as amended, an order dated 8/8/2008 has been issued granting the application for waiver of excludability under
Section 212 I, of immigration and nationality act.
The American embassy Cairo , Egypt has been informed of this grant and any inquiry you may have about your visa processing should be directed to the consular section at that post



please let me know what is it means and what should I do now? is it approval or what ?

thanks you all for your replay , here in Egypt , everything is going real slow . i hope i really can pass all that fast . i wish you all good luck . i have been waiting for this minute since 1997. i can't even wait longer i hope to you all good luck .as well as i hope to my self, what comes next mail her in Egypt is really bad , does any one went throu this from egypt to tell how long will it takes to be in USA again?

i filed it at Athens ,
i am outside the USA since 1997 ,over 10 years now.
