Congratulations guys!! Wonderful news!!! How did the embassy contact you to let you know on an approval? How long did you wait for the waiver to be approved?

Thanks everyone!! Marina, we submitted our second waiver in december of 07. I actually called the embassy in Moscow and thats how I found out. Two weeks later they mailed my attorney the approval letter.

Congratulations!!! So you had a new IV interview and submitted a new waiver rather than appeal? How long did it take to get the new interview? Would you consider posting your approved HSL/Brief to add to the forum? There aren't many for Moscow here.
Enjoy your new lives!!!

So I took them about 7 month to approve your waiver? I got my in 4 month ago and it is so hard on waiting. Every time I call them they say it is pending and call back in 30 days. Do you have to mail them a new police clearance or something else to get your visa ?
