:wave:Hello everyone this is Estrella can you give me some advise
I was wondering for my husband the only application we filed is I-130 and I have been reading about I-130 and I-129f filed at the same time should I have filed both applications for my husband as well? Or will the I-130 do it alone we already have the first appointment @ CDJ and turn in our Waiver. Are waiting to sent in more evident and to hear if it was approved

Estrella - don't file anything else. You are good. All that is necessary if you are married is the I-130, some people file the I-129F to speed up the interview in CDJ, but clearly you are already there, so not to worry. It's actually better to just have the I-130 in many senses, because once your husband gets his visa, he'll enter the U.S. as a permanent resident - no additional paperwork. This is what we did, and I'm very happy to be completely done at this point.

You do not need the I-129f.

It would not help you at all at this point.

When did you turn in your waiver?

Why are you sending in more evidence. Did they tell you that you needed more evidence or are you just beefing up your waiver package?

I turn in my Waiver on August 13, 2007 and I don’t think it was well prepare we didn’t have much Time to prepare it and we had no Idea what a Waiver was @ the time. They gave him a paper stating that he had 30 days to send more evidences because we had not provided often evidences.

Right I am getting together paperwork and I think I should send in a whole new waiver letter cause my daughter is sick with asthma and is currently take a steroid to control it and I have been taking medication for depression and we did not include our health problems in the first waiver and I am scared it will not get approve.

Yes, I see. It sounds like you definitely need to beef it up and include everything that you can document.

There are tons of examples here on this site that you can use for ideas. Good Luck. If you want to you can publish your letter here and others will be happy to read it and give you suggestions. Or you can just read all the other ones that have been posted and use them for ideas.
