Hey I just read a post that stated that only Mexico gives immediate approvals on hardship waivers at the appointment. Is this true or is it also possible in Honduras?

Right now it is only Mexico. The Mexico program of immediately approving the "immediately approvable" waivers (those with no criminal issues, deportations and strong packets) started a year and a half ago and has been a success. So far it hasn't been implemented elsewhere but there is certainly discussion of it...

Lori.. If you're filing in Honduras, we're all required to wait the processing time of 6-8 mos. Mexico filers should feel blessed they even have this opportunity, as most other families have not even a glimmer of hope they won't be separated for long.
