1. Get sugar caramelized, (just put over fire and stir constantly as it will turn liquid) pour on container.
2. On top of the melted sugar, pour the blended mix into container.
3. Put container with mix on "Bano Maria" (Meaning, put container with mix over a bigger one with water)
4. Put everything on the oven for about 45mins to 1hr.
-Note to check that flan is ready, just stick a toothpick in the middle and if it comes out clean, it's ready!
5. Once ready, let it cool down for a like 15mins and put in on a platter. (To avoid the flan to stick on the sides of the container, slide a knive around the perimeter of the container)
6. Let it completely cool down and enjoy!

*Hint: Taste better after is nice and cold, so put in ref!

Note:
Additional condiments that can be added to mix and just blend along with other ingredients are:
-Kaluah (1/4 of cup)
-Philadelphia Cheese (1/2-1 block of cheese)
-Vanilla (couple teaspoons)
-Rum (1/4 of cup)

My BIL made flan for new years but he didn't bake it in the oven. He filled a pot with about 2 or 3 inches of water and then put the smaller "cazuela" inside of it and put a lid on it and cooked it for 45 minutes. Came out delicious. But I guess they're all the same wether done in the oven or on the stove top.
