I have one week left to file for an appeal; but I'am not so sure if laurel will still be able to help me get the 9(c) findings removed or changed after 33 days allowed to appeal ellapse.
Is it something to worry about? Or it don't matter.
I will not be appealing; not in these 9(c) findings.
What should I do now? Because hiring laurel to get this findings removed wont be any time soon. I ran out of resources.
Please help!

In your case I would hire Laurel. She is better than nothing.

The only person who can really answer that would be Laurel, why don't you do a consultation with her and find out what she says ?

I'am broke now. Can't afford another consultation right now.
Since i am not appealing is that something to worry about?

Did you know that appeals take 18-20 months..and cost more. I did file an appeal..and withdrew it right before my 2nd chance. But I was not in the same situation. Not sure what to say..but good luck. hope it all works out.
