the lawyer told me to start gathering evidence that my usc husband has to show.. my question is does the evidence has to be up to date?
ie:my son started the therapy last year 2007 because of a refferal from the doctor that he has speech delay, also the machine that they prescribed for my son is from 2005 he needs this indefenetly. for bronchilitis.
my husband(usc) owes 33,000 of student loans he wont be able to pay for the babys therapy in our country...
also i'am afraid they are ging to ask him if he doesn't have anybody to help him with baby if i'am gone..... both his parents are lpr and usc but they live 30 minutes away and both work and my husband has to wake up at 5:00am.
i know i have a lot of questions i'am sorry but i dont know what to do...:dizzy:

Those are good arguments for the waiver. You need to gather as much documentation as possible for proof.
Also, keep thinking about all the different scenarios about how your life will change.
Write down those ideas and keep building from those also.

Good Luck, you can do it.
