Hi hw r u all?hope this message finds u all healthy and happy. It's been a while since my last post which might goes back to 2006,Howevere,we just recieved a letter says that our I130 was approved ,and my weak lawyer said that they will send it to the national office. What will happen at that office?and, What should happen next?
Also,If I need to hire Laurell,or Ana Maria for lower fees, when should I contact her?I mean in order not to be late.
One more thing I want somone to clarify this ,our I 130 interview was in jul/2008 in charlotte,N.C ,although I've left the state since 2003 nd my address in the application is Egypt, the letter of I 130 interview said that me and my wife should appear at the office with a list of requested documents and evidences, fortunatley my wife was visiting her family around the time of the interview and she went by herself .Is that the normal step? Will we have another interview in Cairo embassy soon?please:cheerful: explain.

You should probably go ahead and contact the new attorney as soon as you get notice that you are at the NVC that way they will have plenty of time to help you revise and figure out exactly what evidence you need.

If you go here: http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_1335.html you can see exactly what happens next. . .it even lets you pick your embassy to see which parts apply.

Congratulations!

Thank you emt103c for ur interesting ,but I need to know this, should my current lawyer continue the process with NVC ,then Laurell office takes over ,or it's better to have Laurell to involve now?

If you want help on the waiver you should contact Laurel just about that and soon, so that there is ample time for communication. That is the biggest part of the job. Honestly, the NVC part goes faster if you handle it yourself. I had all applications ready to mail same day that the barcode arrived, no lawyer would have done that for me.
