Hello everybody,
yesterday I've received a letter from the NVC with the AOS Fee Bill ($70.00).
My question is, mi petitioner is my mom (USC) and I am under F1 category (I am in Mexico), but she isn't working since 1-2 years ago (she has 66 yrs old).
Do I will have trouble to approve this AOS?? Can I request somebody else to be my co-sponsor?
and by the way, once they send me back the I-864 form to fill it out, how soon can I expect for an appointment?
