In the past month, I've seen an increasing number of people replying to the email notifications they get about a private message. Those emails are automatic and the website puts our email address on it just so that it has an email on it. If you hit reply, it will come to the website's inbox and not to the person who sent it to you.
To reply to a private message, go to your inbox and hit reply there.
Please don't reply to the email, the person you are trying to reach will not get it.
So far, I've been replying to each one letting them know that the person has no received their message but I'm having trouble keeping up with so many coming in.
