I consulted with Laurel Scott yesterday. She says that uscis was wrong in their interpretation that makes me ineligible for waivers until 10 years have elapsed.
How this possible.
She says that she can help get that removed. However there is a slim to none chance to get a waiver approved unless Iam willing to try again 5 years from now with a 50/50 chance.
What a painful experience.

This is what we told you in the other thread. This is why we told you to call her.

Did you tell her about the custodial/legal problems with your son in the states?

To OJOS,
This was adjucated in Accra, Ghana.
To emt103c,
Well I thought I could spare my son all these immigration mess...Laura thought that it was impossible for him to adjust his status in the US because they will find him mentally disturb (something like that). she goes on by saying that as long as he is kept in that state costody, they will eventually deport him but for now they would not mind keeping him there unless i try to get a voluntary depature for him.

I'm sorry. I hope things start looking up. Laurel is the best at these situations.
