August - 2006, Filed I-130 in U.S.
February 12, 2007 - I-130 Approved
June 27, 2007 - Interview in Frankfurt (Lawyer forgot to give us the I-601and instruct me on the HSL that was needed)
July 14, 2007 - Sent I-601 and lame HSL to Frankfurt.
Sept. 18, 2007 - Wife's I-601 Denied because of no evidence of any hardship to me. (Lawyer didn't tell me I needed this)
September 19, 2007 - Paid Lawyer to file an appeal. Lawyer wrote a brief and sent appeal on October 19, 2007. Appeal arrived to late and was rejected.
October 22, 2007 - FIRED LAWYER
August 1, 2008 - Refiled Wife's I-601 with 8 page HSL and 87 pages of supporting documents and evidence. Now we wait foir good news.
