Well we finally got my wifes I-601 refiled. For those that don't know why, we had her first I-601 denied because we had a very ineffective lawyer that did'nt seem to know the process of the I-601. This time we did it ourselves and sent along with it an HSL that is 8 pages long as well as 87 pages of supporting documents and evidence. We don't know if it will be good enough, but Thanks to all those that helped us out. Now all we can do is wait and hope for the best.
For those thinking about using a Lawyer, be careful, do a lot of research on the lawyer or law firm you are thinking of hiring and stay on top of the process.
