Hello everyone.
I’m a new member. Hope you can enlighten me somehow.
I came to US using H1B visa, my I-94 has expired already but before that expiration, my employer filed for extension, however even before approval of that extension, they terminated me, I found a new employer and filed for H1B Transfer aprroximately 2weeks after my termination. Now, I just got the approval of that H1B Transfer but without I-94. What should I do? My employer told me they will going to request for I-94, is that possible? And they keep saying there's nothing to be worried about and I can still continue working. (I have started working after my new employer filed the petition) and somebody told me
I have to exit the US as soon as possible and be interviewed in any US Consulate? But I don’t want to go home, I’m afraid I’ll be banned from re-entering to US. By the way, there's no attached instruction whatsoever on the Approval Notice, is it possible that USCIS just forgot to include it.
Please advise.. would really really appreaciate it.
