I have a friend who is fixing to start the process. The process is the same as for Mexico, right?? The only difference would be that Guatamala has no pilot program correct. Does anyone know the timeline for approval. Thanks.

For the I-130, about 6 months then another 6 months processing at the NVC.
About 2 months for the interview appointment. Time for the waiver is another 6 months.
Total time about 1 yr 8 months.
