Thanks God , Approve yes.
I just came back and good news, first the officer look very serious after the swear, He ask me my address and if we still married and I said yes.

Then he told me no interview is need it since I already had one, then he ask me If I was arrested and I said yes on sept 1998, then he explain to me that the reason why I did not get approve the first time was because I had removal proceedings pending and they can not go over the court.

But once court removal proceedings were terminated , with no more delays and all looks fine he said I have no problems approve your case, and I have to wait two more week for welcome letter and about two months for green card.

My lawyer was there and told him that we been married for 5 years already and that I should get the 10 years green card and the officer said yes that's correct.
It's been a long journey 11 years about $ 13,000 on lawyers and immigration fees but having a green card is priceless.

I almost got all teared up when i saw the good news as we know it's been a long process when youre in removal proceedings (no one will ever really know)...I'm so happy for you and your family now go celebrate!!!!


Mario why do you have to wait TWO months for the GC though??!!
