So my girlfriend wants to move to the states and go to school like a community college. What does it take to do this? Should she come here and go to the school and ask for a visa? I keep reading a lot of documents but legality is not my forté.
School starts in a couple of weeks and I read that you have to file a visa less than 120 days before the semester begins. I'm trying to figure out the kinks and logistics to figure out how to get here down here and be able to marry a couple of years down the road not immediately.
Another question, the sponsorship. What does it take for another college student to sponsor?
