Update on Rome

A few people have posted inquiries about Rome's processing times. My husband's waiver application is currently going through Rome and this is the timeframe we've had thus far....

Officially received by Rome on August 1st
Case pending receipt of U.S. file
Listed as "Ready for Adjudication" on August 31st

Good luck to you...mine just changed from "Pending" to "Ready for Adjudications" on Aug 31st.

Do you know hoe long before they give us the answer?

I don't have any idea at all. I've really searched the internet to see if I can get an idea from other people, but the timeframes are all over the place. Some have been within a matter of weeks and some have been as long as 6 months. Our case has been in the system for quite sometime, so I don't know if they base that on how quickly it's reviewed. What does your case # start with? For example, ours starts with 2005.
