My s/o and i applyed for a k1 visa but when she got to the interview at the end thay ask her about the a torest visa that she applyed for 2 years ago she used a visa angancy to prepar it but looks like the stated that she would attend a simenar in new york but at the interview it was denied and was stated at the timed that it was beacuse she was a singel women, now at our k1 interview the denied and say beacuse the compeany that was suppoused to have the simennar was fake and could not be located,and that she misrepsanted the facts to try to get a tourest visa, but they also told her that she would not be abel to get a visa now beacuse a lifetime ban but that she could try to get a waiver i am unsure how to move forward with this where do we get this waiver and what are our chance of it being approved now? please help me thank you

Manila is a difficult branch from which to get a waiver, however, the waiver they are talking about is the I-601. There are a ton of resources on this site about proving your hardship case. . .please take a look around. Also, there are some recommended attorneys listed that you might want to contact. This is a difficult process and you may want some help with it:

I am alread trying to get thing together but im still not sure i will call Laurel Scott i hope it not a far off chanch to get it i am a singel parent and really cant afford to throw away money if the is almos no chanch of geting it but i also just cant give up eather it has been told to me to marry her and it will make it more compelling but im not sure i dont want to do that and never be able to see hear but once a year but i will try
